Practical information
- This form serves as a request. We will contact you to confirm availability and your reservation.
- Upon confirmation of your desired stay dates, we will send you the payment details. Your reservation is only final after receipt of the full rental amount.
- Payment is exclusively possible via bank transfer.
- A security deposit of €350 is required. This will be refunded after your stay, provided that the apartment is left in accordance with the agreed-upon conditions.
- You can cancel free of charge up to one month before the arrival date. If you cancel within one month of arrival, the deposit/advance payment will not be refunded.
- The minimum length of stay is 4 nights.
