House Rules

Upon arrival

  • Turn on the electricity via the wall cabinet in the hallway. To do this, set the main switch to the Original Poster.
  • All pedestrian gates and access doors on the premises are secured and can be opened with the small badges that were provided with the keys. The elevators also require a badge for use, with the exception of the elevators in Building K.

Upon departure

  • Tidy up the apartment completely and clean it thoroughly.
  • Remove all remaining food and other perishable products.
  • Empty the vacuum cleaner.
  • Empty the coffee maker, Senseo, and kettle water reservoirs.
  • Empty all trash cans and take the trash to the containers on the RP level. These are located in a room in the parking lot: go left at the bottom of the stairs and then left again.
  • Clean out the refrigerator, leave the doors open, and place a mop inside.
  • Close all the windows to the terrace and draw the curtains in the bedroom on the terrace side.
  • Close the living room, bedroom, and kitchen shutters. Leave the toilet shutter open; the mechanism is currently not working correctly.
  • Turn all taps off tightly. Also check that the toilet is not continuously running.
  • Ensure there is enough toilet paper for the next user.
  • Turn off the electricity via the wall cabinet in the hallway. Set the main switch to the AF.
  • Carefully close both the wooden and glass exterior doors.
